Fluidizing Fabric is suitable for pneumatic conveying of powdery bulk materials such as cement and alumina. It is also use to fluidize the cementious property Materials. Pressurized Air pass from this fabric and prevents solidarity of the particles from the material inside the silo. The solidarity of the particles causes the bridge formation to begin. Thanks to the fluidisation pads, bridge building can be prevented and the content of the silo can flow down smoothly.
 
It is also suitable for pneumatic conveying devices of other powder and granular materials. An Air slide belt is fixed in the middle of a chute. Powder material will come on above of air slide belt. Material start transport inside the chute as pneumatic blower starts pushing the material thru air pressure from down of the Air slide belt. The product is spread between the material and the air chamber, and the material fluidized, and so we achieve the purpose of transport.
