Fluidizing Pad is designed for collapsing of bulk materials-bridging in hoppers, cleaning of hopper walls. Bridge building is a problem in silos that often occurs, where the remaining material in the silos starts to form a ‘bridge’ on the sides of the silos. This bridge formation obstructs the further outflow of the material in the silo. The Solution or the answer to this problem is fluidizing pads. It is widely used to maintain the flow of material out of hoppers and silos. It is one of the most simple and economical material flow maintainers.
