Telescopic chute is used to unload the material form silo to Bulker/Open truck. Machine is extend and rest on the bulker opening then loading starts by opening the Gate valve or Rotary air lock, for dust free loading bag filter must be connected to the machine. we're giving an 125nb pipe with flange to connect the site bag filter with machine, we're also provides our own dedicated bag filter for tlescopic chute if required.
In case of open unloading application, the discharge hood is covered with rubber flappers to prevent the material cloud. The material peak is sensed and spout is raised automatically by the tilt switch sensor or manually to allow more material, falling down.
The telescopic chute can be divided into three main Sections:
1. Inlet Head – The Main Engine of this Machine
2. Cone and Hose – make telescope
3. Discharge Head – The Tail End
